Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO)

Covet Health collaborates with various healthcare provider networks known as PPOs. This network includes a wide range of healthcare professionals, such as doctors, hospitals, and other providers. However, the specific network partners may depend on the employer's chosen plan, so it's always a good idea to reference the plan documentation for additional details. These in-network providers have agreed to offer their services to our members at reduced rates, thereby considerably lowering your out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.

Finding In-Network Provider

To locate in-network providers, members can use the Covet Health mobile app. After logging in, navigate to the 'Find a Provider' section on the side menu. A member can search a provider by group or individual and also filter by specialty, location, and more. You can also find a provider by logging into the member portal.

Out-of-Network Providers

While members may have the choice to use out-of-network providers, it's important to understand that doing so may result in higher out-of-pocket costs. In-network providers have agreed to negotiated rates, which can substantially reduce the cost of care. However, out-of-network providers are not under these agreements and may charge higher fees. Furthermore, some services may not be covered when performed by out-of-network providers. Therefore, we strongly advise considering these factors when choosing a provider.
