Covet Health Account Registration

Welcome to Covet Health! As a new member, you have the opportunity to register for an account on the Covet Health mobile app and the member portal. This will give you access to your health plan details, coverage information, and more!

Step-by-Step Registration Guide on Mobile App

1. 1. Download the App: Start by going to your device's app store. Search for 'Covet Health' and download the app. You can also scan the QR code below. 

   2. Open the App: Once the app is installed, open it. You'll see an option that says 'Register'. Tap on this.

   3. Select Register: You'll be directed to the registration page. From there, enter your email, password, and repeat the password.

   4. Submit Your Registration: Once you've entered all the required information, tap 'Registration' to complete your registration.

   5. Confirm Your Email: Check your email for a confirmation message from us. Click the link in the email to confirm your registration.

Step-by-Step Registration Guide on the Member Web Portal

1. Navigate to the Member Portal: Start by going to the member portal.

2. Select Registration Option: On the login screen, you'll see an option that says 'Click here to register and/or enroll'. Click on this.

3. Choose Portal Type: You'll be directed to the registration page. From the 'Portal' drop-down menu, select 'Member'.

4. Enter Your Information: You'll need to enter your registration code, first name, last name, and email address. If you have not received your registration code, contact support@covethealth.io or call +1 (909) 315-4751.

5. Create Username and Password: Next, you'll create a username and password for your account.

6. Submit Your Registration: Once you've entered all the required information, click 'Submit' to complete your registration.

7. Confirm Your Email: Check your email for a confirmation message from us. Click the link in the email to confirm your registration.
